From Destruction to Creation – GentsClubs.com July Newsletter

July kicked off with a bang... but not in the way anyone wanted.

In the early hours of July 7th, CatFlaps, one of our most loved clubs, was severely damaged by a fire that started from a malfunctioning bug zapper.

The blaze tore through the downstairs bar area, incinerating our iconic star ceiling and destroying or damaging much of the interior including sofas, tables, mirrors, walls, and floor tiles.

While the flames were intense, thanks to solid fireproofing, the upstairs living quarters were completely unaffected, and no one was hurt.

Once the area was declared safe, our team wasted no time. Debris were cleared, assessments were made, and a plan was put into motion. We’re now hard at work rebuilding and not just restoring, but upgrading. If all goes to plan, CatFlaps will reopen better than ever by the second week of August. Our reopening party will be on Saturday August 16th.

From Setback to Expansion – Maggie Mays Beer Garden Is Coming

While the fire at CatFlaps was a heavy hit, July also brought big, positive news for our Gents Clubs community.

We’re proud to officially announce plans for Maggie Mays Beer Garden a brand-new 12-unit beer bar complex located in the heart of Pattaya.

Even before the first brick has been laid, all 12 bar spaces have already been leased to some of the city’s best-known bar operators. The demand was instant, and the energy behind this project is electric.

Right now, the site is being cleared and prepped for construction, with renovations scheduled to begin soon. This won’t just be another cluster of bars it’ll be a vibrant, stylish new addition to the Pattaya nightlife scene, combining classic open-air beer bar vibes with smart upgrades like air conditioning and directional sound with a cohesive community spirit.

A New Chapter for The Badger Cafe

After serving up countless breakfasts, coffee refuels, and cheeky hangover cures on Khao Talo, The Badger Cafe is undergoing a transition. The cafe will soon be taken over by one of our trusted partners and rebranded as part of our growing partner bar network alongside venues like Buzzin Lounge, Throbbin Wood, and The Brass House.

Saneha Suki: Blessed and Booming 🍲🙏

Saneha Suki, our all-you-can-eat hotpot restaurant on Soi Khao Talo, continues to grow into one of Pattaya’s not so hidden gems.
