We are definitely accelerating. 6 years in the game and we did about as much last year as we did in the first 4 years combined.

What a fantastic year it's been! From opening our first adults-only resort to watching CatFlaps go up in flames (literally), from launching Pattaya's first ladyboy Gents Club to building an entire beer bar complex from scratch – 2025 has been nothing short of insane.
Let's recap on everything we did.
We started the year with big ambitions and ended it with even bigger hangovers. Along the way, we opened more bars than we can count, served enough free food to feed a small army, and transported thousands of degenerates across Pattaya in our legendary Pussy Wagons.
2025 By The Numbers
Before we dive into the month-by-month madness, let's take a moment to appreciate just how ridiculous this year has been in pure statistics:
Bar Crawl Madness:
We've shuttled 1,248 people across Pattaya's finest establishments throughout the year on our legendary Pussy Wagon bar crawls. That's over a thousand mates who've experienced free shots, free food, and questionable life choices while hopping between 6 clubs in a single day.
Food Consumed:
Lasagne: 2,080 slices of cheesy, meaty goodness given away for free (just buy a lady drink, mate).
Tacos: 104kg of taco meat served up throughout the year. That's a lot of spicy Friday madness at CatFlaps.
Guinness Club Members:
Over 50 lifetime members and counting! Each one enjoying their customised oversized glass (640ml) and getting an extra 72ml of the black stuff with every pint. The gift that keeps on giving.
New Venues Opened:
From standing start to full empire mode, we opened or rebranded 8 major venues this year: Maggie Mays Resort, Saneha Suki, Free Willy (rebranded from 3 Ways), Bradley's, Throbbin Wood (formerly Webby's), The Brass House (formerly Palmy's), Maggie Mays Beer Garden complex with 9 bars, plus major expansions at Maggie Mays Darkside. Not bad for 12 months' work!
Pool Parties Thrown:
Starting fortnightly in May and ramping up to weekly by high season, we've hosted 28 pool parties at Maggie Mays Resort, complete with wet t-shirt contests, limbo competitions, free BBQs, and enough poolside shenanigans to make even the most seasoned party animal blush.
Now that we've established just how mental this year has been in numbers, let's take the scenic route through 2025, month by glorious month...

The Month-by-Month Madness
January – Breaking Ground
We kicked off 2025 with a bang – quite literally, as construction began on the Maggie Mays Resort. The three ground floor rooms closest to the pool started their transformation into what would become our first Gents Club embedded in accommodation for holidaymaker's.
Major Events:
• Work began on Maggie Mays Resort Gents Club
• Aussie in Thailand's Palmy's Bar announced for Jomtien (later became The Brasshouse)
• Maggie Mays Darkside started its transformation with the first lay down room
• The Badger had its Grand Opening on Soi Khao Talo
• 3 Ways completed its rebrand to Free Willy (Set Your Willy Free!)
• Buzzin Lounge got a fresh lick of paint and snazzy LED lighting
The Guinness Club also launched this month, offering lifetime membership with customised oversized glasses. Little did we know this would become one of our most popular perks, with members proudly sipping an extra 72ml of black gold with every pint.

February – The Resort Opens
February brought exciting news – Maggie Mays Resort officially started taking bookings! While the resort wouldn't actually open until April, we could finally start accepting reservations for our adults-only paradise in Jomtien, complete with the promise of an on-site Gents Club, all-inclusive packages, and enough naughtiness to keep everyone entertained.
Major Events:
• Maggie Mays Resort began accepting bookings
• Webby's opened opposite Maggie Mays Jomtien and soon rebranded to Throbbin Wood
• Saturday's bar crawl expanded to include Jomtien and Darkside venues
• Daily food specials program was fully established across all venues
The food special program deserves special mention – we essentially created a way for guests to eat for free every single day of the week. Just buy a lady drink (or two for Sunday roast) and boom, proper home-cooked meals on the house. Mexican buffets, nostalgic British classics, Caribbean jerk chicken – we had it all covered.
We still have every day of the week covered going into 2026 too as you can see from the gallery below.
March – Resort Preparations
March was all about preparing for the resort's soft opening and the long-awaited Suki restaurant project finally getting off the back burner. The on-site Gents Club at the resort was taking shape beautifully, with work progressing on what would become a spacious, comfortable venue for guests to enjoy without ever having to leave the property.
Major Events:
• Resort Gents Club construction nearing completion
• Saneha Suki Restaurant announced for mid-April opening
• Free drinks for Google reviews program launched
• Palmy's TukTuk free shuttle service started in Jomtien
We were building momentum heading into what would be a massive April with the resort opening its doors, complete with its brand-new on-site Gents Club ready to welcome the first guests.
April – Resort Opens & Songkran Madness
April was huge! The resort soft opened on the 2nd, we announced two major new venues (Bradley's ladyboy Gents Club and Saneha Suki restaurant, both opening in early May), and we threw an epic Grand Opening Party on the 19th that perfectly coincided with Songkran celebrations. Talk about perfect timing!
Major Events:
• Resort soft opening – April 2nd
• Bradley's Ladyboy Gents Club announced (opening May 3rd)
• Saneha Suki Restaurant announced (opening May 5th)
• Songkran celebrations with GentsClubs branded bathrobes solution
• Resort Grand Opening Party paired with Songkran – April 19th
• Indoor jacuzzi installed at resort Gents Club
• Heineken and Guinness draft added at resort
The Songkran solution was pure genius – instead of worrying about arriving at our clubs soaking wet during the 10-day water festival, we just told everyone to strip off and don a fetching GentsClubs bathrobe while we dried their gear. Problem solved, dignity maintained (mostly). Yes, we're doing the same again this year. Branded robes and unlimited towels!

And then came the resort's Grand Opening Party on April 19th – perfectly timed with Songkran for maximum madness. The turnout was incredible, the atmosphere was electric, and it marked the official arrival of Pattaya's first adults-only resort with an on-site Gents Club. Between the poolside action, the celebrations, and the water festival chaos happening around us, it was a day (and night) that set the tone for everything the resort would become.
May – Regular Pool Parties Begin
Low season kicked in, but we weren't about to let that slow us down. We launched our fortnightly pool parties at the resort and started perfecting the formula: wet t-shirt contests, limbo, free BBQ, and enough poolside chaos to make it worth the trip.
Major Events:
• First pool party at Maggie Mays Resort – May 31st
• Resort reduced minimum stay from 14 to 7 nights
• Boat party plans announced (still waiting on this one...)
• Saneha Suki hosted first live music night
• Bradley's prepared for grand opening
The pool parties were an instant hit. We had DJ Jack Frost keeping the vibes flowing, burgers sizzling on the BBQ, and enough wet t-shirts to... well, you get the idea. These fortnightly events would eventually become weekly once high season arrived.
June – Low Season Blues
June hit us with the reality of low season. Central Pattaya was quieter than it had been in decades, but our Jomtien and Pratumnak venues were thriving. We adapted by diversifying – turning The Badger into a cafe, improving Saneha Suki's Thai market appeal, and giving several venues fresh paint jobs.
Major Events:
• The Badger transformed into a cafe (10am-8pm, with Chang draft still available)
• CatFlaps received fresh paintwork and new ceiling
• Palmy's rebranded to The Brass House (second YouTuber bar experiment ends)
• PattayaWines.com launched
The YouTuber bar experiments were... interesting. Webby's didn't last very long at all before becoming Throbbin Wood back in February. Palmy's hung on a bit longer but eventually became The Brass House in June. Turns out running a bar is harder than making videos about bars. Who knew?

July – Fire & Phoenix
July 7th, 2025 – a date that will live in infamy. CatFlaps was severely damaged by fire from a malfunctioning bug zapper. The iconic star ceiling was destroyed, the downstairs gutted. But here's the thing about the GentsClubs family: we don't stay down for long.
Major Events:
• CatFlaps fire – July 7th
• Maggie Mays Beer Garden announced (all 12 spaces leased immediately)
• Buzzin Lounge launched hotel rooms above the bar
• Premium Belgian beers added to Free Willy (Delirium Tremens, Tripel Karmeliet, Kasteel Rouge)
• Saneha Suki held Buddhist blessing ceremony with 9 monks
The fire could have been devastating, but within hours we had a plan. Five weeks of hard graft, and CatFlaps would reopen better than ever. Meanwhile, we announced the Beer Garden project – proof that even setbacks can't slow down expansion plans.

August – Back, Bigger & Better
August was redemption month. CatFlaps reopened on the 16th with a massive grand opening party, looking sharper and sleeker than ever. We also kicked pool parties up to weekly frequency and watched the Beer Garden complex take shape.
Major Events:
• CatFlaps Grand Reopening – August 16th
• Maggie Mays Cafe opened at resort (10am-8pm daily)
• Beer Garden fabrication began (Steve Gormley creating epic glass bars)
• Saneha Suki added premium 299฿ buffet tier
The CatFlaps reopening was emotional. The support from the community was incredible, and seeing the place packed again – this time with a sleeker design and even better setup – proved that we'd turned disaster into opportunity.
September – Recovery Mode
By September, low season was finally starting to ease. We started seeing the green shoots of recovery, with numbers picking up across the board. Perfect timing, as we had massive plans brewing for the final quarter.
Major Events:
• Low season showing signs of ending
• Steven's 45th birthday bash at Maggie Mays Pattaya
• Whipped Cream Wednesdays launched at Maggie Mays Jomtien
• Panty Drop Fridays started (yes, you get to keep them)
September also saw us perfect the art of themed weekly events. Whipped Cream Wednesdays and Panty Drop Fridays at Maggie Mays Jomtien, Fishnet Sundays at Free Willy, Ladyboy Lingerie Sundays at Bradley's – we basically gave people a reason to visit every single day of the week.
October – High Season Arrives
High season arrived with a vengeance! Pool parties went weekly, the Beer Garden opened its first bars, and we launched our massive Christmas raffle with Welshboywebby. The energy was electric across all venues.
Major Events:
• Maggie Mays Beer Garden soft opening (first bars operational)
• Pool parties increased to every Saturday
• '12 Gifts of Christmas' raffle launched with Welshboywebby
• Deluxe jacuzzi rooms opened at resort for 2026 bookings
• Resort renovation plans announced (gym, currency exchange, expanded cafe)
• Free Willy updated opening hours (2pm-1am)
The Christmas raffle was a masterstroke – completely free to enter, with the top prize being a two-week stay in a luxury suite at the resort. We partnered with Webby and created something genuinely exciting for the community.

November – Beer Garden Launch
November 15th – the grand opening of Maggie Mays Beer Garden. Nine bars under one air-conditioned roof, each with its own sound bubble and unique vibe. The turnout was massive, the energy was insane, and Pattaya nightlife had a bold new landmark.
Major Events:
• Maggie Mays Beer Garden Grand Opening – November 15th
• 9 unique bars opened in the complex (Big and Mighty, Red Eye, FOMO, Glow, Bobby Dazzler, Bunnyz, Thai Me Up, Undecided, Maggie Mays Beer Bar)
• Plans announced for hybrid GC/Gogo bar within the complex
• Resort 2026 bookings opened
• '12 Days of Christmas Parties' schedule finalised
The Beer Garden was the culmination of months of work. Air-conditioned comfort, directional sound technology so bars don't clash, Steve Gormley's stunning glass work, and enough variety that you could visit every night and have a completely different experience each time.
December – Epic Christmas Finale
And here we are at December – arguably our most ambitious month yet. The '12 Days of Christmas Parties' running from the 19th to 30th across every venue, the mega Christmas Day celebration at both the resort and Darkside, plus New Year's shenanigans still to come.
Major Events:
• 12 consecutive themed Christmas parties (Dec 19-30)
• Massive dual-venue Christmas Day party (Resort pool party + Darkside dinner)
• Free Pussy Wagon transport between Christmas venues all day
• Webby's Christmas raffle draw – December 21st
• Location swap: Maggie Mays Jomtien moved into Throbbin Wood building
• Old Maggie Mays Jomtien building put up for sale
• Resort minimum stay quietly removed – now accepting 1-night bookings (at premium rates)
The dual-venue Christmas party was our most ambitious plan yet – with 100+ girls at each location (the resort and Darkside), and free transport running all day between them so guests could experience both. It was absolutely mental. As for New Year's Eve? Well, we know Pattaya turns into a bit of a clusterfuck that night, so we kept our powder dry on that one!
Looking Forward to 2026
So what's next? Well, we're not exactly known for taking our foot off the gas...
The resort expansion continues with a new fitness centre, currency exchange, improved cafe menu, additional ground-floor rooms, and more deluxe jacuzzi studios. The Beer Garden will add its hybrid GC/Gogo bar. We're opening a 50 room Maggie Mays Hotel in central Pattaya for shorter stays. And there's still that boat party we keep promising...
2025 was a year of resilience, expansion, and pure controlled chaos. From ashes to excellence, from setbacks to comebacks, we've proven that with the right team and a bit of madness, anything is possible.
Thank you to every single person who walked through our doors this year, joined our bar crawls, splashed in our pool parties, consumed our free food, and supported us through fire and phoenix rebirth. You lot are the reason we do this.
Here's to 2026 – May it be even more ridiculous!
See you in the bars,
