August was an amazing month for us. With CatFlaps rebuilt and back in action, the reopening set the tone for a stronger and sharper GentsClubs family.
With packed parties and new dining options, it was a month that showed how quickly we can rebuild, improve, and and push forward. Every setback became an opportunity, every challenge a chance to show resilience.
🎉 CatFlaps Reborn
Saturday 16th August we celebrated the grand reopening of CatFlaps. After 5 weeks of hard work, the rebuild was finally complete, and we were proud to throw open the doors again. The support on the day was incredible, and we want to thank everyone who came down to celebrate with us.
While we don’t share event photos (our clubs are private places by design), YouTuber "welshboywebby" made a walkthrough video just before the grand reopening to show off the new look inside CatFlaps. Sleeker, sharper, and ready for the next chapter.
The reopening was only the beginning. CatFlaps now has a full calendar of weekly specials:
Tapas Tuesdays – Free tapas with every drink, a taste of Spain in Pratumnak.
Taco Fridays – Free tacos when you buy a lady drink, served up fresh.
Pulled Pork Saturdays – A hearty platter of pork, potato salad, bread, and slaw when you buy a lady drink.

📹 Featured Video – Buzzin Pattaya at Club Fate
This month, Trevor from Buzzin Pattaya sat down with our very own manager Dez for a coffee chat about running Club Fate. From behind-the-scenes insights to a few cheeky laughs, it’s a great way to get to know the man steering the ship.
Afterwards, things loosened up with a game of pool alongside some of the girls who had turned up early for the pyjama party that night. It’s Club Fate in its natural element — fun, friendly, and never too serious.
🍺 Maggie Mays Beer Garden
The Maggie Mays Beer Garden project has been making steady progress throughout August, and it’s really starting to take shape. Below we've shared some of the bar design concepts along with a walkaround video of the fabrication process at Steve Gormley’s workshop.
Steve Gormley is the creative force behind the epic CatFlaps circular glass bar and tables, and once again his craftsmanship is front and centre on this project. If you’d like to see more of his work, check out Gormley Glass
With 12 bars planned for the Beer Garden, they sold out almost instantly, but there is still one unit available. The beer garden plans to be fully open for business by November 1st 2025, just in time to take full advantage of the Pattaya high season.

☕ Maggie Mays Cafe
The on-site cafe at Maggie Mays Resort is now open daily from 10am to 8pm, serving up great coffee and fresh food. The space has been given a full facelift with a new bar top, a fresh coat of paint, and two big screens for live sports and news. The perfect place to relax with your morning brew or enjoy a casual bite during the day.
On the new flat-top grill, you’ll find freshly made bacon sandwiches, grilled cheese, burgers, and plenty more from our updated menu and daily specials. And of course, the coffee is in safe hands with our talented barista Ploy, who’s crafting everything from rich hot espressos to refreshing iced coffees and frappes.
Whether you’re staying at the resort or just dropping by, the cafe is open and ready to welcome you.

💦 Pool Party Highlights
August saw not one but two pool parties at Maggie Mays Resort, and both were nothing short of wild. The BBQ kept everyone fueled with proper burgers, sausages, and kebabs, while the girls took centre stage in the limbo contest and the wet t-shirt showdown giving the judges (and the crowd) plenty to cheer about.
With free entry, free food, and free shots pouring, the poolside vibe hit just the right balance of sunshine and chaos. Our regular performer, DJ Jack Frost kept the energy flowing with smooth beats throughout the day and into the evening.
The best part? These aren’t once-in-a-while events — we throw pool parties every fortnight. That means there are two more lined up for September. Get ready to dive into our next one on Saturday September 6th!

🍲 Suki Restaurant Upgrades
Our much-loved Suki has levelled up. In addition to the classic 219฿ buffet that everyone knows and loves, we’ve now added a 299฿ premium option complete with higher quality beef, king prawns, and more upgraded ingredients across the board.
That’s not all. Guests can now enjoy a new salad bar, an ice cream station, and rotating weekend specials like unlimited pickled shrimp, all included in both buffet tiers. It’s all about giving you more choice, better quality, and plenty of reasons to come back again and again.
